Cannot recommend GMC enough. They catered our wedding in August and were incredibly kind and professional. We did the tasting at their facility in Galesburg, and we knew almost instantly that they were the right fit. The food was insanely delicious, and they are just the most genuine people we have ever met. They really worked with us to stay in budget. On the day, they were on time, incredibly efficient, and gone before I even noticed. They helped set out dessert and pick up disposable items. Love LOVE them! We did brisket, mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, green beans, and dinner rolls.
